Kogi State Specialist Hospital CMD Lauds Commissioner for Humanitarian Affairs During Surprise Visit

In a commendable display of commitment to healthcare, the Kogi State Commissioner for Humanitarian Affairs, Haj. Rabiatu Okute, made an unscheduled visit to the Kogi State Specialist Hospital, Lokoja. During her visit, she praised the hospital staff for their dedication and distributed cash gifts to patients.

The Chief Medical Director (CMD) of Kogi State Specialist Hospital, Lokoja, Prof. Isah Yahaya Adagiri, expressed his gratitude to the Commissioner for her visit on Tuesday, September 3rd. The Commissioner toured the hospital wards with her team, commending the management and staff for their efforts in providing quality healthcare to the people of Kogi State.

Haj. Okute encouraged the staff to maintain their efforts, assuring them that the Kogi State Government, under the leadership of Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo, is committed to fully supporting the health sector.

Earlier, Prof. Adagiri, along with the hospital's top management team, welcomed the Commissioner and her delegation, expressing his appreciation for the visit. He affirmed that the Kogi State Specialist Hospital would continue to uphold and implement the health programs and policies of His Excellency, Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo.
