Hon. Abanika Praises Auditor General Adabenege Siyaka’s Loyalty, Generosity, and Service at Birthday

The Kogi State Commissioner for Housing and Urban Development, Hon. Abanika Taiye, has felicitated with the Auditor General for Local Government, Hon. Adabenege Yusuf Siyaka, on the occasion of his birthday.

In a goodwill message released through his media team, Hon. Abanika described the celebrant as a symbol of loyalty, humility, generosity, and quality service to the administration of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo.

He noted that Hon. Adabenege’s rise in public service reflects competence, dedication, and capacity, having previously served under Governor Ododo as a Personal Assistant when the Governor occupied the same position. According to him, the Auditor General’s impressive track record speaks volumes of his preparedness for the responsibilities of his current office.

The Commissioner further praised Hon. Adabenege’s generosity and benevolence, describing him as a cheerful giver whose impact is felt across different zones of the state. He highlighted his efforts in helping to fix people into positions at the federal, state, and local government levels, noting that such gestures have endeared him to many.

Hon. Abanika prayed for long life, sound health, and greater accomplishments for the Auditor General in the service of Kogi State and Nigeria at large.

Woman Slumps, Dies While Sharing Testimony In Lagos Church

  A 55-year-old woman, identified as Ifeoma, reportedly died shortly after collapsing while sharing a testimony at the Ministry Church in the Ejigbo area of Lagos State. The incident occurred around 8:48 am during Sunday service on 8 September 2024, ultimately led to her death a few minutes later. The spokesperson for the state police command, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed this on Wednesday. The 55-year-old woman had allegedly gone to the front of the church, singing songs of gratitude as she prepared to give her testimony when she suddenly collapsed.
