Hon. Abanika Taiye Congratulates Alhaji Abdullahi Bello on Appointment as Commissioner-Designate, Commends Gov. Ododo for Recognizing Excellence
The Honourable Commissioner for Housing and Urban Development, Kogi State, Hon. Abanika Taiye, has congratulated Alhaji Abdullahi Bello on his well-deserved appointment as Commissioner-Designate by the Executive Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo.
In a statement issued on behalf of himself, his family, and the entire management and staff of the Kogi State Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, Hon. Abanika described Alhaji Abdullahi Bello as a distinguished leader, achiever, and a man synonymous with success. He noted that the appointment is a clear testament to Alh. Abdullahi Bello’s unwavering loyalty, commitment, and invaluable contributions to the development of Kogi State.
According to him, the inclusion of Alhaji Abdullahi Bello in the State Executive Council will further strengthen governance and accelerate the pace of development across the state. He expressed confidence that the Commissioner-Designate will bring his wealth of experience and dedication to bear in advancing the administration’s vision.
Hon. Abanika also commended Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo for his foresight and leadership in identifying and appointing capable individuals into key positions, describing the Governor as a leader who rewards hard work, loyalty, and excellence. He added that with such competent hands in governance, the future of Kogi State under the All Progressives Congress (APC) remains bright and promising.
He further extended his appreciation to the immediate past Governor of the state, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello, for his continuous fatherly guidance and counsel, which he said has contributed significantly to the stability and progress of the state.
While wishing Alhaji Abdullahi Bello (popularly known as “Dollar”) a successful tenure, Hon. Abanika pledged his unwavering support and cooperation at all times.
He also prayed for sustained peace, unity, and continued development in Kogi State.
