 In a heartfelt congratulatory message, Hon. Suberu Abdulazeez Onogu, the coordinator and founder of Team Zeeglar for Ododo, lauds the inauguration of His Excellency Alh Ahmed Usman Ododo as the fifth executive governor of Kogi State. Describing Governor Ododo as a blessing, Hon. Suberu highlights his remarkable track records in public service, expressing optimism for a prosperous future under his leadership.

Hon. Suberu extends warm congratulations to the Deputy Governor, His Excellency, Comrade Joel Salifu Oyibo, emphasizing that his elevation is a source of inspiration, particularly for teachers, a group to which the Deputy Governor has strong ties.

Not forgetting the immediate past governor, Alh. Yahaya Bello, Hon. Suberu commends him as the "father of the modern-day Kogi State," recognizing his contributions to the state's progress.

In his concluding remarks, Hon. Suberu earnestly prays for peace and development under the new administration, invoking God's blessings, wisdom, and sound health for Governor Ododo as he steers the ship of Kogi State

  The Kogi State Government has issued a firm directive to individuals unlawfully occupying properties within the National Housing Estate at Crusher, Lokoja. This call, issued by the Commissioner for Housing and Urban Development, Hon. Taiye Abanika, on January 3, 2025, mandates immediate evacuation from Phases I, II, and III of the estate. Hon. Abanika decried the illegal occupation, stating it undermines the objectives of the National Housing Programme (NHP), which aims to provide affordable housing to Nigerians.
