Prof. Isah Adagiri Yahaya felicitates with Muslim community on commencement of Ramadan Fast

The Chief Medical Director of the prestigious Kogi State Specialist Hospital, Lokoja Prof. Isah Adagiri Yahaya, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to the Muslim community as they commence the sacred month of Ramadan, marked by fasting, prayers, and deep introspection.

Ramadan which is a fundamental pillar of Islam observed by Muslims globally, involves abstaining from food, drink, and other physical pleasures from dawn till sunset. This period of self-discipline and spiritual contemplation is believed to bestow numerous benefits, both physically and spiritually.

In his message, Prof. Isah sends his best wishes to the Muslim community in Kogi State and beyond, urging them to seize the opportunity for spiritual growth and personal development during this holy month. He emphasizes the importance of compassion, empathy, and community spirit, encouraging everyone to come together in prayer and solidarity to support one another.

Furthermore, Prof. Isah also took the opportunity to extend prayers for the success and well-being of the state's Executive Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo and his cabinet members. He highlights the need for unity and cooperation among all Kogites, irrespective of religious affiliation, emphasizing that together, they can work towards fostering peace, progress, and visionary leadership for the state.
