Kogi Electoral Battle and the Opposition Rhetorics

In my analysis, their claim was untenable from the outset. The SDP failed to secure the requisite 25% of votes in two-thirds of Kogi State's local government areas, rendering their claim invalid. They also failed to provide witnesses to support allegations of irregularities, essential in judicial proceedings. Seeking sympathy through media blackmail while the case is ongoing demonstrates a lack of trust in the judiciary. If they lacked confidence in the judiciary's ability to deliver justice, why did they approach the court?
