Kogi Specialist Hospital CMD Hails Supreme Court Judgment, Pledges Support for Governor Ododo

 


The Chief Medical Director of Kogi State Specialist Hospital, Lokoja, Prof. Isah Yahaya Adagiri, has hailed the recent Supreme Court judgment that affirmed the victory of His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, as the duly elected Governor of Kogi State.

Prof. Adagiri while addressing Press Men in his office shortly after the court judgement, expressed his satisfaction with the judiciary's decision, noting that the legal tussles surrounding the governorship election are now over. He emphasized that Governor Ododo is now fully positioned to focus on delivering more dividends of democracy to the people of Kogi State.

Prof. Adagiri extended a special congratulatory message to Governor Ododo, praising his resilience and dedication throughout the electoral process. "Your Excellency, your victory is well-deserved, and it reflects the trust and confidence the people of Kogi State have in your leadership. As you continue to steer our state toward progress and prosperity, be assured of our unwavering support and commitment to your administration's vision."

He then went on to commend the immediate past governor, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello, for laying a solid foundation upon which Kogi is now thriving under the current administration. Prof. Adagiri highlighted the achievements of the Bello administration, stating that they have provided a robust platform for sustainable development in the state.

"With the conclusion of the legal battles, it is time for the good people of Kogi to come together and support the progressive and consolidation government of Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo," Prof. Adagiri added. "Politics are now over; we must all join hands to move our state forward."

Prof. Adagiri also pledged the full support of the Kogi State Specialist Hospital, Lokoja, for the new administration, assuring that the hospital would continue to implement the good health programs initiated by Governor Ododo, aimed at enhancing healthcare delivery across Kogi State.
