Prof. Isah Yahaya Adagiri Congratulates Muslim Ummah on Maulid Nabiyi Celebration

The Chief Medical Director of Kogi State Specialist Hospital, Lokoja, Prof. Isah Yahaya Adagiri, has congratulated the Muslim ummah on the joyous occasion of Maulid Nabiyi, the celebration of the birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). In a statement issued in Lokoja, Prof. Adagiri expressed the significance of the festivity, highlighting the profound lessons of love, compassion, and unity taught by the Prophet.

"Maulid Nabiyi is a time for reflection on the life and teachings of the Holy Prophet, whose message of peace, humility, and selflessness echoes deeply in our hearts. As we mark this sacred occasion, let us be reminded of the virtues of kindness, patience, and dedication to the service of humanity, which the Prophet exemplified throughout his lifetime," Prof. Adagiri said.

He further emphasized the importance of unity and tolerance among people of all faiths, noting that these values are crucial to building a peaceful and prosperous society. Prof. Adagiri called on Muslims to use the occasion to deepen their faith, strengthen their bonds with one another, and work towards the betterment of society.

The Chief Medical Director also offered prayers for peace, prosperity, and stability in Kogi State, Nigeria, and the world at large. "May this Maulud bring with it abundant blessings and divine guidance. We pray for lasting peace in our dear state and nation and for the wellbeing of all humanity. May Allah (SWT) continue to bless us with the wisdom and strength to overcome challenges and foster harmony among all people," he concluded. 

Prof. Adagiri urged the faithful to celebrate Maulid Nabiyi in a spirit of brotherhood and to continue to promote the values of justice, equality, and love for one another.
