Abanika Taiye, the management, and the entire staff of the Kogi State Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to my brother and friend, the distinguished scholar, erudite professor, and political bulldozer of our time, Prof. Usman Ogbo, on the successful completion of his first tenure as the Rector of Kogi State Polytechnic.

Your tenure has been marked by groundbreaking achievements, demonstrating visionary leadership, capacity, and unwavering commitment to academic excellence. Under your watch, Kogi State Polytechnic has undergone remarkable transformations, solidifying its reputation as a beacon of academic distinction in Kogi State and Nigeria at large. Your innovative policies, infrastructural development, and commitment to discipline have rebranded the institution, making it a model of excellence.

I sincerely appreciate His Excellency, Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo, for recognizing and rewarding excellence through his gracious approval of your reappointment for a second term. This is a well-deserved honor, and I have no doubt that with your outstanding administrative prowess, Kogi State Polytechnic is on course to becoming one of Nigeria’s foremost institutions of higher learning.

Furthermore, I deeply appreciate the strong and fruitful collaboration between your leadership and our ministry. I look forward to an even more robust partnership in advancing the progressive and developmental mandate of His Excellency, Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo, for the betterment of our dear state.
