Hon. Abanika to Deliver Lecture on Leveraging PPPs for Housing and Urban Development at National Summit
The Honourable Commissioner for Housing and Urban Development in Kogi State, Hon. Abanika Taiye, is set to deliver a keynote lecture at the prestigious Renewed Hope Housing Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Summit, scheduled to hold at the Shehu Musa Yaradua Centre, Abuja, from March 17 to 18, 2025.
The summit is expected to attract prominent professionals, policymakers, investors, and key stakeholders from across Nigeria’s housing and urban development sector. With the theme focused on leveraging PPPs to bridge the housing deficit and promote sustainable urban growth, the event aligns with national efforts to enhance access to affordable housing under the Renewed Hope Agenda.
Hon. Abanika Taiye, who has consistently championed housing reforms and infrastructural development in Kogi State, will be speaking on "Leveraging Public-Private Partnerships for Housing and Urban Development" His address will highlight innovative strategies adopted by the Kogi State Government under the leadership of His Excellency, Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo, to provide affordable housing for the people of the state through collaborative efforts with private sector investors.
Since assuming office, Hon. Abanika has been at the forefront of policy formulation and implementation aimed at addressing the housing needs of Kogi citizens.
