Hon. Abanika Taiye Commends Governor Ododo on Ajaokuta Access Road Project, Reaffirms APC's Stronghold in the Area
On behalf of my humble self, Hon. Abanika Taiye, Honourable Commissioner for Housing and Urban Development, and the entire progressive-minded citizens of Ajaokuta Federal Constituency, I extend our heartfelt gratitude to the pragmatic and people-oriented Chief Servant of Kogi State, His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, for the ongoing construction of the all-important access road linking the communities of Adogo, Eganyi, Ebiya, and extending directly to the Ajaokuta Steel Company.
Your Excellency, this remarkable gesture is a clear demonstration of your inclusive style of governance and your genuine love for the good people of Ajaokuta Local Government Area.
This road project is just one of the many developmental strides your administration has brought to our constituency in less than two years of purposeful and visionary leadership. It is no surprise that you have earned the well-deserved nickname, Mr. Project.
I would also like to seize this opportunity to commend our quintessential leader and mentor, Hon. Barr. Abdulraheem Sanni Egidi, for his cordial relationship with the Executive Governor. This synergy has no doubt ensured the consistent delivery of democratic dividends to our people.
Hon. Egidi exemplifies the Ebira adage that says, “A child who washes his hands well will dine not just with elders, but with kings and princes.” He has indeed paid his dues, and the positive impact of his transformative representation is visible across the Ajaokuta Federal Constituency.
I wish to assure His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, and our Honourable Representative, Hon. Abdulraheem Sanni Egidi, that Ajaokuta Local Government Area remains firmly behind the All Progressives Congress (APC) today, in 2027, and beyond.
We are truly grateful, and we pray that Almighty God continues to strengthen our leaders with wisdom and capacity to provide more dividends of democracy to our people.
