APC Mega Rally: Hon. Abanika Joins Kogi Leaders in Endorsing Tinubu, Ododo as FGYB Declares End of Opposition in Kogi
The All Progressives Congress (APC) on Saturday held a massive rally at the President Muhammadu Buhari Civic Centre, Lokoja, where party stalwarts, government officials, and supporters from across Kogi State unanimously endorsed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo for a second term in office.
The event, which turned the state capital into a carnival of party colours, witnessed an impressive turnout of supporters who came out to show solidarity with the APC leadership at both state and federal levels.
Former Governor Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello stood out among party leaders who addressed the rally, declaring that “there is no more opposition in Kogi State” owing to the outstanding performance of the APC-led administration. He commended Governor Ododo for sustaining the development agenda he began and praised President Tinubu for steering Nigeria on the path of economic recovery and progress.
The Kogi State Honourable Commissioner for Housing and Urban Development, Hon. Abanika Taiye who was accompanied to the event by his numerous political followers joined other prominent leaders to reaffirm his loyalty to the party and support for the continuity of the Tinubu and Ododo administrations.
Speaking to journalists on the sidelines of the event, Hon. Abanika hailed the massive turnout as a demonstration of the people’s trust in the APC. He lauded President Tinubu’s bold reforms and Governor Ododo’s commitment to improving governance and infrastructure across Kogi State.
The rally featured solidarity songs, cultural displays, and goodwill messages from party faithfuls, all pledging unwavering commitment to ensuring another resounding victory for the APC in future elections.
