Hon. Abanika Taiye Celebrates Barr. Abdulraheem Sanni Egidi on Birthday, Hails His People-Oriented Leadership
The Honourable Commissioner for Housing and Urban Development, Kogi State, Hon. Abanika Taiye, has felicitated the Honourable Member representing Ajaokuta Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives, Barrister Abdulraheem Sanni Egidi, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a sterling leader, mentor and a pride of Ajaokuta land.
In a congratulatory message, Hon. Abanika extolled the lawmaker’s exemplary leadership qualities, noting that Barr. Egidi has continued to distinguish himself at the Green Chamber through quality representation, robust national engagement and the sponsorship of people-focused bills that address critical developmental needs.
According to him, the Ajaokuta Federal lawmaker has consistently used his position to champion issues of national importance while ensuring that the interests of his constituents remain paramount in legislative debates and policy formulations.
Hon. Abanika further commended the strong synergy between Barr. Abdulraheem Sanni Egidi and the Kogi State Government under the leadership of His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, which he said has translated into visible and impactful developments across Ajaokuta Federal Constituency.
He listed some of the notable gains of this collaboration to include the advancement of the Free Trade Zone initiative, construction and rehabilitation of critical road networks, and other infrastructural and socio-economic interventions that are steadily improving the lives of the people.
Describing the celebrant as a mentor and political role model, Hon. Abanika said Barr. Egidi continues to inspire him and many others with his unique approach to politics; one that is devoid of bitterness and anchored on inclusivity, tolerance and people-oriented governance.
“Barrister Abdulraheem Sanni Egidi has shown us that politics can be played with dignity, humility and a genuine commitment to the welfare of the people. His mentorship has shaped my political journey and reinforced my belief in service-driven leadership,” the Commissioner stated.
Hon. Abanika Taiye prayed for continued good health, wisdom and greater accomplishments for the Ajaokuta Federal lawmaker, wishing him many more years of impactful service to Kogi State and Nigeria at large.
